About the Role:

The Assisting Director plays a crucial role in the Early Childhood Education program. The Assisting Director supports  the Director in the overall management and strategic direction of the Organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that educational programs are effectively implemented and aligned with the SPIN's goals. The Assisting Director will collaborate with various departments to foster a cohesive and productive environment that enhances student learning and staff development. Additionally, this role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and facilitating communication between different teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Ultimately, the Assisting Director contributes to creating a positive experience for all. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree with ECE credits
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an educational setting.
  • Driver's License and Insured & Registered Vehicle 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in planning and executing educational programs and initiatives.
  • Lead and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies that improve educational outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication among staff and all stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.

As a collaborative team member, the Assisting Director will work closely with various departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared goals. Monday-Friday 8am-4with flexibility to come in as early as 7:30am and stay till 5pm twice a week as needed
